The Corner House in Davie

This is a Florida Key’s themed getaway. Our pristine home was completely renovated in 2023 with an open floor plan that has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room are fully equipped with all the amenities necessary to feel right at home. Located in the heart of Davie; this town is known for their cowboy charm and excellent school system. We are close to all major highways & Ft Lauderdale International Airport giving you easy access to all South Florida attractions. The space The house is located at the end of the street on the last stop sign. It's close enough to the main action but far enough to feel secluded. The house have 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Each room has (1) queen size bed and in the living room the sofa opens to a full size sofabed. A portable playpen is available for infants or toddlers. We have an amazing outdoor space with a complete fenced in, non-heated, private pool. The wood deck around the pool is spacious with lounge chairs and umbrella for shading. The patio offers a dedicated area for a grill and outdoor dining with table, chairs and umbrella. Guest access The entire house is available to you with no share spaces. The pool is private, the patio is fully fenced with a safety pool entrance. Other things to note We are centrally located to all of South Florida attractions. To the East of our house we have: * The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino with the big guitar landmark is exactly 1.7 miles from us, which is less than 10 minutes away. * The Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport is less than 10 miles or 15 minutes away. We do get some air traffic above us as we are on the flight path to the airport. * The closest beach is Dania Beach, it's 7 miles or 12-15 minutes away. * Hollywood Beach is right south of Dania Beach, is 11 miles or 30 minutes. * Ft Lauderdale Beach is north of Dania Beach, is 12 miles or 30- 40 minutes away depending on traffic. * Hard Rock Stadium, where the Miami Dolphins play (9.5 miles or 14 minutes away via the Florida's Turnpike). * Downtown Miami via the Turnpike / I-95 (23 miles / 30- 40 minutes depending on traffic). To West of us, we have: * The South Florida Educational Institutions Complex that includes: Broward College, Florida Atlantic University & McFatter Technical College (1 mile away); and University of Florida & Nova Southeastern University (2 miles away). * Bergeron Rodeo Grounds (1 mile / 5 minutes) * Old Davie School Museum (1.1 mile / 5 minutes) * IFly Indoor Skydiving Center ( 5.8 miles /13 minutes) * Sawgrass Mills Mall (8.2 miles / 20 minutes) * Everglades Holiday Park (14 minutes/30 minutes) * ...and if you cross the Alligator Alley you pass through the Florida Everglades and get to the Florida West Coast, just 1.5 hrs away.
