Other things to note The owner lives in a an adjoining/separate apartment The only shared spaces are the car garage and the back yard and patio (NB: the patio and backyard is reserved for guests use only during their stay on property). My home is located in the western district on the island of New Providence, Nassau being the capital, and within walking distance to Nirvana Beach and restaurant, Compass Point Resort, the Studio Resturant, Aquafire Resturant, Dino's Conch Stand, Gambier Village and long stretches of sandy beaches. The International Airport offers easy access to car rental services, as well as taxi and limousine service. The city bus passes by the entrance to the gated community, giving guests the opportunity to access major tourist attractions on the island. The bus takes you to down town Nassau, passing the island's newest maga hotel resort, Bahamar, Malia Hotel, Bob Marley Resort, food stores, banks and numerous dining establishments, namely Sapodilla, Nesbitts, The Poop Deck, Blue Sail, Sabarros, Marcos Pizza, The Fish Fry and the famous Cricket Club, all serving Bahamian as well as international cuisine. One must visit the local straw markets in down town Nassau, Cable Beach and Fort Charlotte locations to collect souvenirs celebrating old Nassau.
