Our cozy apartment in the Miami Beach Condominium in Balneário Camboriú is perfect for those seeking practicality and comfort, whether for leisure or business. It accommodates up to 3 people – couple, friends, solo traveler or small family (couple with 1 child) – in a functional and well-kept space. Located on Rua Miguel Matte, you will have easy access to the beaches, downtown and tourist spots, as well as local shops. Enjoy Balneário Camboriú with comfort, safety and an excellent location! The space Compact and functional apartment! Every detail has been designed to make you feel at home with comfort, practicality and tranquility. The apartment has: • 1 bedroom: Double bed, Smart TV and air conditioning. We provide an extra 1 Single Mattress and 1 Child Mattress. • Living room: Integrated with the dining room and kitchen. It has a sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and fan. • Full kitchen: Equipped with basic utensils and appliances to prepare your meals with ease. Includes: gas stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, electric kettle and blender. • Full bathroom. • Integrated laundry: We have a washing machine, clothesline and iron. • Parking: Rotating space (not demarcated), with the possibility of a covered or uncovered space — subject to availability. • Security: Condominium with 24-hour concierge. Guest access Access is limited to the parking lot and the reserved apartment. Other things to note • We request that you send us the details of all guests up to 1 day before check-in: full name, age, CPF and vehicle information (model, color and license plate) to allow access to the building. • The apartment is intended exclusively for guests identified in the reservation. No parties, events or visits by unregistered persons are allowed. • We do not accept pets, regardless of size. Thank you for your understanding.
