The two yards are connected by a shared, locked gate, so you can come and go between spaces while still enjoying privacy. Other things to note Parking is limited to 4 vehicles Max 3 Pets are allowed but must sign separate pet addendum Guest is required to provide government issued photo id, provide a separate security deposit of $500, and sign a separate cottage rental agreement-including names of all invitees who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) Has an outdoor camera facing the parking lot. Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund. Max occupancy at all times is 14, violation will result in removal without refund. Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.
