The space This home was designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind, whether you're unwinding after a full day of fun or settling in for a cozy night. *Amenities* - Pergola around a fire pit with bench swings - Putt putt green - Propane grill - Outdoor games including giant Connect 4, horseshoes, corn hole, kids cars - 2 Stocked coffee bars - Stocked kitchen to prepare a variety of home cooked meals - Workstation for remote workers - Kids' pack'n'play, high chair, stroller, infant bath, baby gate near stairs, plates and utensils - Kids' play area inside with a table, two chairs, and toys - 3 Large HD TVs - Fast internet - Pet supplies - Record player *Kid Amenities* Prefer not to lug your child's room with you? We offer a pack'n'play, highchair, stroller, baby gate, an infant bath, kids' plates, cups, dining utensils, and a great selection of indoor toys! We also have a small tricycle and push car for outdoor use. *Work Remotely* You’re covered. With two thoughtfully placed desks: one in the downstairs queen bedroom and another in the private King suite upstairs with external monitor and HDMI cable. Two people can take video calls or work independently without disruption. *Cook & Dine* The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a favorite meal or simply enjoy your morning brew. *Dog-Friendly* You are welcome to bring up to two trained dogs during your stay! Pet fees will apply ($85 per dog) and you will need to get your dog(s) approved prior to your stay by messaging us that they are house trained. We provide food bowls, doggie bags, and other pet items. Our backyard is fully fenced in. MAIN LEVEL: -One room with two twin beds (sleeps 2) -One room with a queen bed (sleeps 2) -Full bathroom with tub UPSTAIRS: The King suite is a spacious retreat all its own, featuring a cozy movie nook, coffee station, full bathroom with dual sinks, large walk-in closet, and a private work area. It’s the perfect space to relax, work, or just hide away for a while. -King bed (sleeps 2) -Pull-down queen wall bed (sleeps 2) -Futon (sleeps 1) -Large full bathroom with walk in shower *Guest Access* Guests will have access to the entire property and all of the amenities. Your will access the house via a smart door lock. The code for the smart lock will be provided in your check-in instructions. *Security Camera* There is one outdoor security camera on the property facing the front walkway (Ring Doorbell Camera). We take pride in offering a spotless, freshly renovated space-professionally cleaned and sanitized between every stay-so you can feel right at home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and all of the amenities. Your check-in will be touchless utilizing a Smart Lock to access the house. The code for the Smart Lock will be provided in your check-in instructions. Other things to note SECURITY CAMERA There is one outdoor security camera on the property facing the front walkway (Ring Doorbell Camera). There are no indoor cameras and no cameras facing the backyard or house.
