Centrally Located Dewey Cottage

Welcome to my beach cottage at Heron Walk a community of 2 cottages on the bay block centrally located. Dewey Beach is a wonderful town. From the sun and sand to the bustling nightlife, to the family friendly activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Park your car and never move it. All of what Dewey has to offer is in walking distance. The space Comfortable spacious and clean 2-bedroom cottage 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. House sleeps 6 with 2 private bedrooms (each w/ TV) and a queen bed in each. The front porch has a pull-out sofa which leaves the main living area open for gathering. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles. Park your car and walk everywhere. Parking will be in the front of the cottage parallel to the road. The entranceway should be kept clear so both cottages have egress. Details will be provided at check-in. This property has 2 homes on it, has a shared back yard w/ outside showers, BBQ's and seating. Propane is not guaranteed. There are 4 split units for cooling/heating along with 4 ceiling fans for comfort. We do not provide linens, blankets or towels and ask you to bring your own along with your consumables/paper products. (This includes soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc)There are also companies you can google to rent linens and towels. Televisions are internet TV only. Guest access Electronic access with 4 digit code given the day prior to checkin Other things to note Please be mindful there are two homes on the property in close proximity. Please be respectful of your neighbors. We do not provide linens, blankets or towels and ask you to bring your own along with your consumables/paper products. There are also companies you can google to rent linens and towels. Beds are 2 queens and the sleeper sofa is full.
