This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a loft. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and smart TV. Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. The loft includes a full size bed. The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be located at the front desk of the HOA. Parking passes are required and will be provided inside the home. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit. Other things to note - No Pets Allowed - Winter Travel: Tahoe winters bring heavy snow—4WD/AWD vehicles with snow tires or chains are highly recommended. Be prepared for icy roads and occasional power outages. - Be Bear Aware: Black bears inhabit Lake Tahoe and are attracted to food and trash. Always lock your car doors, roll up windows and view from afar. Please do not feed our bears. - Parking: There is lot parking for up to two cars. Parking pass required and provided. - Fire Safety: Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited. - Linen Supply: One bath towel and washcloth per guest; one hand towel per bathroom. - Multiple Levels: Stairs required to access bedrooms - Noise & Safety: Please observe county quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. - Common Area Pool/Spa: Access available to guests (seasonal hours may vary) Registration details 331503
