Home has recently been remodeled with all new bathrooms! Floor plan: This property is a two story house sitting on its own 1/3 acre lot. The main level has a full bathroom, a full kitchen and a large living room. Upstairs are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Please note, there is no garbage disposal unit and dishes must be hand washed. **** -No smoking or drug use inside home. Smoking on outdoor patio is allowed with all windows and doors closed to house. -No RV, trailer or boat parking on property. -No loud music or parties past 10pm -Up to one small dog under 15 pounds is allowed inside the home.
