The space Discover luxury and tranquility at Casa Kidd, a 5,000-square-foot property available for rent in the exclusive gated community of Guacalito de la Isla on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast. The villa features 3 private luxury casitas: - Main Casita: Includes a deluxe king-size bed, air conditioning, a spacious furnished living area, and an annex with two twin beds, ideal for families (capacity: 4 people). - Casita #2: Offers a deluxe king-size bed, air conditioning, and a furnished living area (capacity: 2 people). - Casita #3: Equipped with a deluxe king-size bed, air conditioning, and a furnished living area (capacity: 2 people). All casitas have private indoor and outdoor showers. Additionally, there’s a staff quarters with a kitchen, room for 2 people, and a bathroom. Total capacity: Up to 10 people (8 in the main casitas + 2 in the staff quarters). The villa is fully equipped with a kitchen, living room with TV, and a spectacular beach-entry pool. There’s also a bar area with bathrooms and stunning ocean views from almost every corner of the property. Located just 6 minutes walking (or 3 minutes by car) from Guacalito Beach and its exquisite restaurant, Casa Kidd is the perfect place to relax and enjoy. The nightly rate does NOT include the day pass Guest access 🏡 During your stay, the entire house is exclusively yours to enjoy. 🌴 Beach Access & Beach Club Areas Beach access is completely free for all our guests. You can reach the beach by taking the path next to the Proshop, located behind the Beach Club. Please note that the daybeds and private areas of the Beach Club are not included in the rental price. These spaces belong exclusively to the Beach Club and can only be used by purchasing a Day Pass. Day Pass Rates (per person, per day): • $50 during regular season • $100 during high season If you’d like to purchase a Day Pass, you can coordinate directly with the Guacalito de la Isla concierge, who will be happy to assist you. Other things to note Access to a world class golf course, for a fee not included in rent. Please note: As Casa Kidd is located in a gated community, guests are required to provide a complete list of all guests along with valid IDs during the booking process. This information will be submitted to the community's main gate. Additionally, all guests must present their valid IDs physically upon arrival at the gate.
