Guests have a short driving distance to theme parks, restaurants & bars, golf courses, museums, conservation areas, outdoor activities, and shopping malls. Storey Lake resort amenities includes: a state-of-the-art clubhouse in front of a lazy river, featuring a business center, kitchen, fitness center and spa. Storey Lake Resort outdoor activities includes a resort-style swimming pool with a splash park and tiki bar that offers delicious snacks and drinks, a playground for the little ones, a putting green, a volleyball court, and multiple sports courts areas along the community. Contemporary style with taupes, natural, and blue accents characterize the décor of this outstanding property. The main floor consists of the combination of living-dining and full-equipped modern kitchen. Plenty of sunlight brightens the space that leads up to the private screened patio with pool. Four beautifully decorated rooms give comfortable accommodation for up to 13 guests. There is a KingSize bed in the ground floor that shares the full-bathroom set along the main entrance's hallway. Upstairs, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a KingSize bed, a third bedrooms with two FullSize beds, and the last room with a Twin-Over-Full Bunk bed and trundle. Along the hallway is a shared full-bathroom and the laundry room. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group. We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns. We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays. We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you! ✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay. ✦ Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported. ✦ Age requirement: You must be 21 or older to book with us.
