House surrounded by greenery in Cavazzo

Quiet accommodation surrounded by greenery, located on the first floor, with a double bedroom, a large open-plan kitchen-living room and a bright veranda. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom equipped with every comfort. From the rooms you can enjoy a relaxing view of the countryside and the surrounding mountains. There is a large garden with deckchairs, a ping pong table and bicycles. Lake Cavazzo, Casa delle Farfalle di Bordano, Tolmezzo and the Terme di Arta are just a few minutes away by car. The space The room is equipped with a double bed, TV with access to Prime Video and Netflix, and overlooks the garden. The bathroom has a skylight, washing machine (with detergent and softener available), hairdryer and a rich body kit (shampoo, conditioner, bath foam, intimate soap, body cream, makeup remover, cleansing milk, pads and cotton swabs). High-end cotton terry towels are provided. The living area includes a living room with a large sofa, a pellet stove and a bookcase. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a refrigerator (without a freezer: you are still welcome to use our freezer on the ground floor), oil, tea and coffee. The relaxing veranda offers a beautiful view of the countryside and the top of the mountains. From Cavazzo there are numerous trails for mountain hikes and cycling routes. In the summer months, you can cool off in the clear waters of the stream that crosses the village. Tabacco topographic maps with the main routes in the area are also available. Upon request and with a supplement, you can enjoy a continental breakfast with homemade cakes, local products and fresh eggs from our hens! Guest access The apartment is independent and is at the guests' complete disposal. Access is through the ground floor, where we live.
