The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with views of the backyard and sliding glass doors that open to outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying fresh air and quiet evenings. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a convection oven, two-burner stovetop, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, and a Keurig for coffee or tea. Ample storage, hanging space for clothing, and a clean, private bathroom stocked with essentials ensure a comfortable stay. Step outside to enjoy the spacious pool area, where guests can unwind in a peaceful backyard setting. The pool offers a refreshing escape on warm days, with comfortable lounge space for sunbathing, reading, or simply relaxing. Whether you’re starting your morning with coffee outdoors or winding down after a day exploring the area, the outdoor space adds an extra layer of comfort to your stay. Guests may park directly in the driveway in front of the private casita, allowing for easy and convenient luggage access. Located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, this retreat is walkable to Monserate Winery and centrally positioned for exploring Fallbrook, Temecula, Oceanside, and Escondido, while still offering a sense of seclusion and calm at the end of the day. Guest access The Space Guests have full private access to the entire guest suite, including a private front entry, living and sleeping areas, a private bathroom, and a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space. The suite opens to the backyard through sliding glass doors, with access to the pool and outdoor seating for seasonal use. The space is set up to be comfortable and easy to enjoy, whether you’re relaxing after a day out or spending a quiet evening in. The kitchenette includes a convection oven, two-burner stovetop, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, storage space, and a clothing rack. It’s well suited for light cooking, takeout, or longer stays. ⸻ The Location The guest suite is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with scenic views of nearby mountains and vineyards. Guests often enjoy walking the neighborhood, especially in the mornings or around sunset. Monserate Winery is an easy five-minute walk from the property, making it convenient for a casual wine tasting or evening stroll. The location is also central for trips to Fallbrook, Temecula, Oceanside, and Escondido, while still offering a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day. Other things to note If your group plans to use the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can prepare fresh linens for your arrival. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool at their discretion. Please note that the pool is not heated, and use is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their own safety, as well as the safety of any children or pets in their party. We are a pet-friendly home and welcome well-behaved furry companions. We kindly ask that guests clean up after their pets to help keep the space comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay to ensure a fresh, comfortable, and safe environment. We use antibacterial cleaning products and thoroughly sanitize all linens. If anyone in your party has sensitivities or allergies to cleaning products, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
