Luxury family apartment close to the beach!

Apartment in Barra da tijuca (Nova Ipanema) fully furnished. Situated in a Condominium, with bakery, hair salon, and communal landscape gardens. There is a vegetable and fruit stall in front of club every tuesday & saturdays. We have 24/7 security in place, making it safe for residents & guests. Guests unfortunately ARE NOT ALLOWED to use the club facilities. However they can use the ferry to cross the lagoon and go to the beach. Minimum stay is 4 nights! The space This is renovated apartment, measuring 175 sqm, bright, well furnished, with 2 TV'S, air conditioning, dish washer, washing machine, fridge, microwave, 5 ring stove, bed linen and towels provided, all cookery and cutlery included and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. Maximum 8 people R$200 extra per night, ( except holidays, subject to consultation with the owner). It is the best location in Barra da Tijuca, close to many restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets and shops. Also with the Terminal bus within 5 minutes walking distance. And across the condominium access to the BRT ( bus rapid transport) taking you to many destinations including the metro station in Barra da Tijuca. Guest access Free for "all your stay", use of the condominium bus to town and ferry to cross lagoon to access beach (5 minutes crossing). There are a small room, located in the utility area beside the kitchen, NOT available to the guests as I keep my personal belongings there. To use the Condominium bus, the ferry to the beach, a permission ticket is needed and provided by the hostess. The use of the ferry boat and the condominium bus is complimentary for the entire period of your stay providing you have your invitation ticket with you at all times! Also to enter the condominium by foot you will need to carry with you your permission/ invitation ticket at all times to prove you are a guest in the condominium! Other things to note There is information in the apartment regarding the use of appliances and other useful information. The daily fee for this apartment fluctuates according to the year season, holidays , city events, New year's, carnival, Christmas etc. It can vary between R$ 500 and R$ 2000.
