Other things to note Important Booking Information – Please Review Carefully To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following policies during your stay: - Smoking is strictly prohibited within 25 feet of the house. - One dog is permitted. The pet must be disclosed at the time of booking, and a $100 pet fee will apply. - Only registered guests included on the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior written approval has been granted. - A maximum of four vehicles may be parked at the home. Please note: Failure to adhere to these policies—including unauthorized pets, guests, or smoking—may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
