Second sitting room has exposed oak beams, sofa converts to a double bed if required. Dining room with wood burner in the inglenook fireplace, exposed oak beams and original brick floor, open plan to the contemporary country style kitchen with modern appliances, electric oven, hob and microwave, Smeg fridge/freezer. The kitchen is open plan to the light and airy garden room with its large kitchen table. 3 big opening windows to the rear of the garden room give glorious views of the gardens and stunning sunsets, double French doors to each side leading out onto the wrap around terrace.
