My home is a tiny yet irresistibly cute barn nestled within its own courtyard. This private, secluded gem offers an intimate escape perfect for guests seeking tranquility and calm whilst having all the town has to offer on your doorstep. Despite its size the barn has all you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The moment you stepped through the gate, you will feel a calm and inviting atmosphere, both inside and out. A perfect balance of cosy charm and convenience for you to enjoy. The space A small but perfectly formed converted barn that was once part of the outbuildings to the nearby Saracen’s Head Hotel. Setback from the High Street, it feels private and secluded whilst being situated conveniently in the middle of the town centre. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a a bedroom with a double bed, drawers and a wardrobe, bathroom with a great shower, a comfortable open plan living room and kitchen area and seating in the courtyard, should the weather be kind. The house is light and airy and there are doors that open onto the courtyard from the living room and the bedroom. The courtyard is completely enclosed so you can enjoy the space in private. Guest access The whole of the house and courtyard are there for you to use, but please respect the fact that this is my home and not just a business, so please treat it as you would your own. Other things to note Please note the listing price has increased slightly due to a change in Airbnb’s pricing structure and how it collects the service fee (which is now from the host and not from guests.) Please message me if you require specific dates that are blocked off as I may be able to accommodate them. There is a Ring Doorbell camera outside the front door for insurance purposes, please do not book if this bothers you. My house used to be part of the outbuildings of the nearby hotel. While you may hear some noise from their outdoor space during the summer months , it should be minimal. Small pets welcome (it’s a tiny house) .. but please check with me first.
