Enjoy a stylish stay at our facility located in the heart of Hamamatsu. It is located on a back street a 2-minute walk from the restaurant district (Yurakugai), an 11-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, and a 10-minute walk from Hamamatsu Castle. There are plenty of shops nearby, such as the Nagasaka Bee Farm Honey Sweets Atelier (1 minute on foot), a local beer restaurant, and a Hamamatsu gyoza shop. There are also two convenience stores within 4 minutes on foot. There is a large coin parking lot right behind the building, and there are plenty of coin parking lots in the neighborhood. (Reference price: 12 hours of continuous parking is about 600 yen to 1,000 yen) * There is no elevator in the building. There are only stairs. The facility is operated unattended and there is no front desk, but we will support you by message during your stay. Don't worry, we'll let you know how to check in after you book. Guest access There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor, which guests can use free of charge. Other things to note There is no elevator, so please use the stairs to move around the building. Check-in is from 3 pm to 9 pm. It is also possible after 9 pm, but please check in by 9 pm if possible. We may be cleaning, so please let us know if you wish to do so. Check-out is by 10 am. If you do not contact us and check out after the time, we will charge a cleaning staff standby fee of 2,200 yen (tax included) for every 30 minutes after 10 am. We do our best to accommodate guest requests, but we may not be able to accommodate them on the same day. We also provide information about cleaning, etc. for consecutive stays.
