The space Charming accommodation in the old vicarage in Väggarp, near Örtofta station & castle. Welcome to Väggarp, a charming village in the Skåne countryside, just a stone's throw from Örtofta Castle, the church, and the train station. Here we rent out part of our house, a homely apartment with a private entrance, located upstairs in our beautiful vicarage. Need to Know: 🔝NOTE! - The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase (not handicapped accessible) 🚉 About 1 km to Örtofta station: 8 minutes by train to Lund C, 27 minutes to Malmö C 🚗 Free parking The 🏡 number of open rooms in the apartment is adjusted to the number of booked guests. During the 50s, the house was built out to meet another need and then also included the village parish center. Sometime in the period from the 90-00s the house was sold to the municipality and converted into a preschool. For about ten years, the house has now become a residential building. We moved in during the fall of 2024 and aim to transform this amazing house into our dream house. We look forward to being able to offer you a pleasant stay with us. Guest access 🚗 Free parking 🔝 You then go up to floor 2, which is the floor we rent out, via the spiral staircase on the short side of the house. 🔑 You can easily open the door with your personal code. Sheets and towels are included in this home. TV is available, equipped with Chromecast, TV has no channels! 🚭 Smoking is not allowed indoors (we have a central fire alarm system). If you smoke, please do so outside the property and dispose of your cigarette butts properly. 🕯️ No candles are allowed in the property. 🤫 Be considerate and please keep the noise down after 10:00 p.m. 🎉 Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed. 👟 Do not wear shoes indoors. 🪑 All furnishings must remain in the apartment and may not be taken outside or moved. 👥 Maximum number of guests: 6 people. It is not permitted to bring non-guests into the property. 🧹 Upon check out – 🔑 Please close all windows and lock the door when you leave. – Please remove the sheets from the beds. - Please leave the place in a normal and respectful condition. – The dishes should be taken care of. – Trash should be disposed of and sorted in the bins at the corner of the property. ⚠️ Any damage or issues should be reported as soon as possible. 🧳 Guests are responsible for any items they leave behind.
