Cozy 4 season, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin, located on the Magnetawan River at the opening of Georgian Bay. The space Beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage on the Magnetawan River, right at the mouth of Georgian Bay and the 30 000 islands. Boat to the west on 175km long river, right into Algonquin park or boat to the east, 5 minutes to Georgian Bay and the 30 000 islands. With world class fishing, boating and hunting, you are surrounded by crown land. In the winter months, the cottage is fully heated with electric baseboards and air conditioned in the summer months. Snowmobile trails surround the area and ice fishing is right outside the back door on the river. Guest access Very long driveway with lots of parking and a garage attached to the house. There are 2 marinas 5 minutes down the road, both offer boat and canoe rentals. One of the marinas has a grocery store and lcbo. Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, including lots of bakeware, coffee pot, toaster, coffee, tea and spices. There is also a dishwasher with soap provided.
