Cooler coastal air carries the quiet of winter mornings, and evenings settle in with the warmth of a crackling fire and steam rising from the hot tub. From inside to out, the rhythm here is unhurried and grounded in the surrounding landscape. The space Set within the gated Seadrift community, this waterfront home offers a calm, spacious setting with lagoon views from the main living areas. Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows fill the great room with natural light, while a wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy gathering spot for relaxed evenings. The open layout flows easily between living, dining, and kitchen spaces, making it simple to spend time together without feeling crowded. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and shared meals, with an induction stove, stainless steel oven, and ample prep space. The dining area sits alongside the windows, so meals are enjoyed with ever-changing lagoon views, whether you’re lingering over breakfast or settling in for a quiet dinner after a day outdoors. Outdoor living Outdoor spaces wrap the home and connect directly to the water. Step onto the private dock to watch the lagoon shift with the light, or slip into the hot tub, available year-round, for a restorative soak on cooler evenings. A patio and deck provide space to relax outside, and a BBQ grill is ready for use when the weather allows. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after time on the water, and a kayak is available for exploring the lagoon at your own pace. Sleeping arrangements The home sleeps up to seven guests across three bedrooms, with four beds in total and two full bathrooms. Linens, bathroom essentials, and clothing storage are provided, allowing you to settle in comfortably for short visits or longer stays. Entertainment and connectivity High-speed Wi-Fi (83 Mbps, verified) supports streaming and remote work. Evenings can be spent watching a favorite show on the 75-inch HDTV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu, or enjoying a friendly game at the ping pong table. An Ethernet connection is also available. Additional details The home is single level with no stairs inside, includes in-unit washer and dryer, and offers self check-in via smart lock. For guest safety, there are exterior security cameras, including a Ring camera at the front door only. Guests also have access to Seadrift’s community tennis courts and private entrance parking. Whether you’re drawn to fireside nights, quiet mornings by the lagoon, or an easy walk to the beach paths nearby, this Seadrift home provides a comfortable base for a relaxed coastal stay in every season. Guest access The entire home, spa, Stand Up Boards, Kayaks, and community Tennis Courts Other things to note ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
