You’ll have plenty of space to relax, explore, and enjoy the outdoors with total privacy—no one else will be on-site during your stay. The garage and 24×24 shop are off-limits (used for storage with future plans for a game/theater room in the future). The property is located at the end of a long shared driveway on 10 acres, so while the drive is shared, the home itself feels very private. Just continue straight back and park near the house. The space comfortably accommodates 6 guests (2 per room). If your group exceeds 6, please contact us before booking. Host approval is required for larger groups (up to 12 total). We have hosted 12 in the past. From time to time, you may notice the scent of marijuana in the air due to legal, local growers in the region. It's also not uncommon for river visitors to embrace a free-spirited lifestyle—on rare occasions, that might include nude sunbathing or swimming in remote spots. We always encourage guests to enjoy the natural surroundings with an open mind and respect for local norms. Please understand this is not something we host, control, or promote-it simply happens in areas beyond our property line that we can’t control. Please Note: Smoke from regional wildfires may be present during summer months. While power outages in our area are extremely rare, utility companies may occasionally shut off electricity as a wildfire prevention measure or during bad weather. These events are outside of our control and are not considered grounds for cancellation or refund. Winter Conditions: During winter months, expect cooler temperatures, rain, fog, and occasional frost or icy conditions. Outdoor surfaces, steps, and the river trail may be slippery. Guests should bring appropriate footwear and drive cautiously on rural roads.
