The space This freshly updated waterfront rambler features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and unbeatable views—perched directly on the beach with the sound of the waves just steps away. A short staircase leads down to the home, nestled right at the water’s edge. A small stream meanders through the property and flows out to sea, adding to the charm. Families with children are welcome, but due to the waterfront access, close supervision is strongly recommended. Inside, the home is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a stocked kitchen, cozy seating, a fireplace, streaming-ready WiFi, board games, and large windows that keep the water views front and center. The home features a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bunk above, making it a great fit for couples, families, or small groups. Two bathrooms add extra convenience and comfort during your stay. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home while there. There is one supply closet that will be locked to guests. This is near the entrance to the home, on the outside of the house. Other things to note Access & Parking Access to the home is via a staircase leading down to the property and beach. The home is not suitable for travel trailers. Parking is limited to three vehicles, two spot in front of the garage and one spot in front of the house on the street. Larger vehicles or boat trailers may have difficulty navigating the area. Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid blocking any driveways or access points. Tide Changes Hood Canal transforms throughout the day with its dramatic tides, revealing an ever-changing landscape of shimmering water and exposed shoreline. At low tide, you’ll find oyster beds and tidepools to explore. When the tide rolls back in, the water rises right to the edge, offering a stunning view from the deck or hot tub as the tides ebb and flow. Shellfish & Foraging Depending on the season and local regulations, guests may be able to harvest oysters or clams directly from the beach. A valid shellfish license is required, and we recommend checking current advisories for safe harvesting conditions before collecting.
