The house sits about 3 miles above Comal Park, and it's two boat ramps for quick lake access. The house itself has 4 bedrooms, Downstairs is the master which has a wonderfully comfortable king size bed, and soaking tub in the master bath. There is also another bedroom which features a queen size bed. Upstairs you will find another bedroom featuring a queen size bed, and the 4th bedroom, featuring 2 twin size beds and sitting area with tv. This is a great location for day trips to Wimberley, New Braunfels, Boerne, as well as many other hill country destinations. 5 minutes away from great Italian food at Gennaros and Wicked Pizza.
