The space 360° Athens Rooftop Nest” is located on the 6th floor of a typical 1970s Athenian apartment building and has been fully renovated with a modern aesthetic and respect for its original character. Bright and comfortable, it offers panoramic views of Athens - from the Acropolis to Mount Lycabettus. The open-plan space includes a cozy sofa bed and a unique double loft bed that “hangs” from the ceiling and is easily accessible via comfortable stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can feel right at home, and the modern bathroom includes everything you need for a pleasant stay. Guest access You’ll have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment, including: • The main living area and kitchen • The loft bed and sofa bed • The bathroom • The rooftop terrace with stunning 360° views of Athens The apartment is located on the 6th floor. Please note that the elevator goes up to the 5th floor, and you’ll need to walk a short flight of stairs to reach the 6th. Parking is generally easy and free in the neighborhood. However, if you prefer a private option, there are also paid parking lots available nearby. Other things to note Before You Book • This is a compact 30 sqm rooftop apartment, thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and functionality. • The apartment’s standout feature is its huge private rooftop terrace, significantly larger than the indoor space, offering breathtaking 360° views of Athens, including the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill. • Located in a residential Athenian neighborhood, the apartment offers an authentic local experience rather than a tourist-resort atmosphere. • Attiki Metro Station is just a 2 minute walk away, providing quick and easy access to Monastiraki, Syntagma, the Acropolis, Piraeus Port and the rest of Athens. • The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with one double bed and one sofa bed. • Please note that the bed is elevated and may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns or very young children. • The apartment is located on the rooftop (6th floor) and the elevator goes only up to the 5th - you’ll need to walk up one more flight of stairs. The elevator is designed for a maximum of 2 people. If you are carrying luggage, it is advised to go one person at a time. Please use the elevator responsibly. • If you’re traveling with children, please be extra cautious on the rooftop terrace. The space is located at a considerable height.
