The space This inviting 3-bedroom home is the perfect getaway for families or small groups seeking comfort, convenience, and a love for coffee! With queen-sized beds in each of the three bedrooms, there's plenty of space to unwind and relax. The home features two full bathrooms—one with a shower (attached to the master bedroom upstairs) and the other with a bathtub—making it easy for everyone to freshen up after a day of adventure. The master bedroom is located upstairs and comes with an attached bathroom, offering added privacy. The two guest bedrooms are on the first floor, each equipped with a comfortable queen bed and ample storage. Enjoy relaxing mornings and evenings on the front porch, sipping your favorite brew, or unwind in the spacious living room, which is perfect for watching movies or hanging out. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for anything—from cooking meals to baking sweet treats—and features all the essentials you'll need. But for coffee lovers, the real highlight is the coffee bar, equipped with a K-Cup maker, drip coffee maker, French press, and Chemex pour-over—so you can brew your perfect cup of coffee any way you like. Note, we do have a small guest home behind this house that is rented to a full time tenant. The homes are completely separate though you just might see them walk up the sidewalk. Keyless entry The home has an electronic lock and the code will be sent a few days prior to your arrival Other things to note Parking - no off street parking. Street parking ONLY (free). Parking is regularly available Safe and quiet neighborhood Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If you would like to either check in early or check-out late, please reach out to us at least 24 hours beforehand and we will do our best to coordinate with our cleaners. We do charge a fee of $25/hour (up to 2 hours late/early) for this option. Thank you!
