FIRST BEDROOM The main bedroom has a KING-sized bed . It’s simple, bright, and perfect for winding down at night. SECOND BEDROOM The second bedroom also comes with a King-sized bed and offers just the right amount of space for extra guests. BATHROOM This clean, modern bathroom and all the basics you need to start your day. 1. This booking is under Airbnb Very Strict and Non-Refundable Policy. ARE PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED? No. To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, parties and gatherings—indoor or outdoor—are strictly prohibited. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for breaking house rules. Violations will result in immediate eviction and termination of your stay. STRICTLY ONE OR UPTO FOUR PERSONS ONLY. The Host will evict immediately guests that will violate this occupancy rule. NO one else can enter the home at anytime for safety reasons. NO OTHER UNBOOKED PERSONAL GUESTS. You are not allowed to entertain your UNBOOKED GUESTS inside my house.The video camera records all guests coming in and coming out of my house. 2. You understood that you will check in at 3PM on your check-in day Until 10PM and not earlier without permission, and check- out at 11AM on your check-out day. CAN I CHECK IN EARLY OR CHECK OUT LATE? We totally get the need for flexibility! Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability—just reach out the day before and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If needed, luggage storage might also be an option. HOW TO CHECK-IN: To check-in, you must click “TRIPS” in your Airbnb account ON THE DAY of the check-in. Read the Check-in guide for the EXACT ADDRESS, DOOR CODES, and STRICT PARKING INSTRUCTION that will appear in your Airbnb “TRIPS.” 3. If you extend your stay beyond 11AM without informing the Host, you understand this is against Airbnb rules and it is considered as "illegal presence" and "trespassing" based on New York State Penal Law, Article 140 and Federal Anti-Trespassing Law 18 U.S. Code § 241 which will result to instant penalty. 4. Kitchenette and no living room because this accommodation is only intended for QUICK travelers with less luggage. 5. One time supply: Two towels, 2 face towels, bed sheets, clean pillow cases, and blanket supplied only once during your stay. Free body wash, shampoo, and will be supplied during your entire stay. Smart Samsung TV for streaming. 6. Resupply: Fees are charged if you need these fresh items only: 2 Towel Set= $10 (compulsory 2 towels) 2 Pillow Cases Set =$10 (compulsory 2 pillow cases) 2 Pillows = $20 (compulsory 2 pillows) Bedding Set =$10 (compulsory 1 fitted sheet, 1 plain sheet) 7. You must leave all the above items in the room when you check out. If Items are lost, Airbnb will charge your card per item lost. 8. No unlisted guests are allowed and inside my property for safety and security of every body because they will be considered "trespassers." 9. Listed Airbnb Guests must entertain their unlisted guests outside my property in restaurants nearby. 10. Always contact the host first by messaging in the Airbnb platform before calling Airbnb. 11. You agree and understand that you cannot cancel and ask refund if you have issues and you did not allow the host to resolve your issues before you call Airbnb to cancel and ask for refund. 12. You have to monitor, watch, and receive your own online deliveries and pick from main door. The host cannot be responsible for any lost and undelivered orders of Airbnb guests. 13. Maintain peace and order always. 14. HOUSE CONSIDERATIONS. The house is post WWII house. Noise is easily transmitted through its thin walls. The floors and doors create creaking noise. If you book this house, you cannot complain about these noises as you are foretold. Other things to note IS PARKING AVAILABLE? We offer parking in the driveway if spot available if needed, all on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not park near NEIGHBORS HOUSE ON THE LEFT OR RIGHT OF THE HOUSE. NO OVERSIZED TRUCKS.
