Sleeping: A dedicated sleeping nook with a queen bed, plus a full-size pull-out sofa and a queen pull-out sofa in the living area. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a flat-top stove, microwave, coffee maker, and washer/dryer combo. Living area: Open layout with a smart TV, comfortable seating, and space for kids to play indoors. Outdoor space: Front and back patios shared with the neighbouring unit — a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. The backyard garden with playground is open to all guests on the property. Parking: One dedicated spot included. Mobility: The property is on a slope with steps to access it. If you have mobility requirements, please message us ahead of time — we can arrange access via our private family entrance as a courtesy. Guest access Guests will enjoy their own private entrance to the loft, offering full privacy and independence during your stay. The entire 620 sq ft space is yours to enjoy, including the open-concept living area, sleeping nook, bathroom, and full kitchen equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and smart TV. For outdoor enjoyment, you'll have exclusive access to your own front and back patios, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a family meal outdoors. The shared backyard area, including a playground, is also available to you—ideal for families with children looking to stretch out and play in a safe, welcoming space. Note that we do not provide wood for fire pit or bbq. Other things to note Sleeping capacity: This unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests (1 queen bed, 1 full pull-out sofa, 1 queen pull-out sofa). All guests must be registered at booking. A fee of $100/person applies for any unregistered guests. Early check-in / late check-out: Available on request, subject to our cleaning schedule. If approved, a fee of $25/hr applies. Requests must be made in advance. Dogs: Dogs must be declared at the time of booking. A one-time fee of $100/dog/stay applies (max 2 dogs). Up-to-date vaccination records are required before arrival. Dogs must remain leashed on the property at all times — we have young children and a resident dog who does not socialize with other dogs. There is a half mile dog park at the bottom of the property. Guests are welcomed to use it but must pick up after your dog. Please always clean up after your dog. If we clean after your dog we will provide photo evidence and charge an additional $40.
