All the bedrooms here got their own entrance door and also are connected internally so the privacy can be modified easily according to the needs. The space This is beautiful 2 storey Uthuppan's home with total of 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and toilets, 2 kitchens one each on both floors. 1x lounge and dining hall. Very spacious and stylish bedrooms and every bedroom got access to the balcony where you can view and enjoy the waterfall view. All the bedrooms here got their own entrance door and also are connected internally so the privacy can be modified easily accorsing to the need (Most of the bedrooms got view of the waterfall ). The garden is lush green with natural turf where you can enjoy games like badminton and ches board.Most importantly, the nearby river got its own natural pool where the waterfall is located. It is a popular safe swimming spot if taken simple precaution. two bedrooms upstairs got AC fitted and other 3 are Non -AC. this listing is for 5 bedrooms +1lounge and kitchen can provide extra mattresses and a bunk bed with extra coast Guest access guests can use the entire property. care takers live in a sepeeate room on the ground floor with its own seperate entrance. Other things to note Check in- 2pm to 10pm Check out- Before 11am Make sure the property is clean and tidy before the check out, we dont tolerate leaving your mess behind. Waste to be dumped in to the designated rubbish bins provided. All cleaning equipments are available for you to use. Don't sleep on sofa Be responsible for your child's acts. We can not tolerate any drawings or tarnishings of walls or furnitures. We will charge you if any of this identified during your stay. The guest will be responsible for any loss or damages of the items or furnitures in the Homestay property. Shoes not allowed inside the rooms. It can be kept in the shoe cabinet located in the verandah. Must Use rangehood exhaust fan while cooking Kindly turn off all lights and fans before you leave the property. Just a reminder that after 10 pm, we will be turning off all outdoor lights except the hallway lights. Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the Building.
