French doors lead to a hillside patio perfect for indoor outdoor living. It is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. You can walk to Will Rogers beach, Santa Monica stairs, playground & tennis at Rustic Canyon Rec Center, Eames Case Study House and iconic restaurants Giorgio Baldi & The Golden Bull - this location is ideal for exploring LA! The space When you step inside you’ll find large picture windows and french doors that access the private back patio abundant with plants native to Southern California. Beautifully curated open living and dining areas include a large couch, 65” Frame TV, and a dining table with seating for seven. Skylights add to the natural light of the space that is artfully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with games, books, and knick knacks. The chef’s kitchen offers a Wolf oven and range, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water, freezer, as well as dishes, cookware, serving platters, chef’s knives, and utensils for all of your cooking and baking needs. There is a drip coffee maker, coffee, and an assortment of tea provided, along with a full barware setup. The east side of the house offers two queen bedrooms each with ample closet space. Bedroom #1 has a split AC/Heater, french doors leading to the outside patio, and privacy shades. Bedroom #2 has a heater and fan as well as shutters for darkening the windows, which open to the outside. The bedrooms share a full bathroom that has a bathtub, shower, and a Toto washlet bidet. The west side of the house has a king sized bedroom with a TV, closet, and split AC/heater. An ensuite bathroom offers a shower and Toto bidet. Outside in the back you will find a spacious patio with flourishing plants, a seating area as well as dining table, BBQ, and twinkle lights for enjoying peaceful gatherings outside with loved ones. A set of stairs leads from the patio down to a lower section of the backyard where you will find the detached office studio space, and a back gate that offers even easier access when walking to the beach or into town. The office studio is equipped with a large desk and desk chair, loveseat sofa, and split ac/heater. In both the main house and the studio there is a 1 GB fiber hardwire connection, as well as wifi, which makes this a perfect place to do remote work. This studio is also well suited to use as a music room or private yoga studio. The garage is attached to the main house, and is where you will find the washer and dryer as well as beach essentials such as beach towels, coolers, a foam surfboard, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. Yoga mats, yoga blocks, foam rollers, and other miscellaneous workout gear are also available for guest use. The front of the property has a manual gate for added privacy and security. The owners do keep their car stored in the driveway sometimes but there is still room for an additional vehicle. There is additional unregulated parking directly across the street. Other things to note THINGS TO NOTE: 1- The owners leave their car parked on one side of the driveway. There is still plenty of room for another car to park as well as additional open street parking across the street. 2- After the Palisades fire in January 2025, the house was fully remediated for smoke damage in March 2025 by a state Certified Restorer that holds over 20 certifications from institutions including the RIA, IICRC, and the EPA. The post remediation testing confirmed that there are no toxins present in the home. 3- The upper back patio area has no railing with a small drop off into a slope of plants. The brick floor on the back patio is uneven in some spots. We have marked each stair as well as uneven areas with reflective tape. Please use caution, especially with children in these areas.
