Each bedroom includes two single beds, ideal for families, professionals, or groups. The stylish living room offers a large flat-screen TV (with Sky, Cinema & Netflix), perfect for relaxing evenings in. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a bright dining area, and a quiet study space for remote work. There are two full bathrooms (with bathtubs) and a convenient downstairs WC. Outside, enjoy secure gated gardens and private parking for up to 3 cars, including an EV charger. A true home-from-home.. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, including all three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, dedicated study, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and private garden. You'll also have access to the gated driveway with free parking for up to 3 vehicles, including an EV charging point. This is your exclusive home during your stay - relax and enjoy every part of it. Other things to note Please note that we do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when possible, subject to availability and our cleaning schedule. The property is professionally cleaned between stays, and we kindly ask guests to treat the space with respect. Please also note the property is currently on the market and, on occasion, may require viewings during your stay. We will always provide advance notice, agree a suitable time with you, and keep any visit as brief and unobtrusive as possible. Our aim is to work with you so your stay is not affected. Complimentary welcome amenities may include bottled water, fresh fruit, fresh eggs from our farmhouse, and premium chocolates. For security and safety, exterior cameras are installed at the front door (Ring doorbell), by the side gate (Ring doorbell), at the front gate, and overlooking the rear garden. These are outdoor-only and used solely to protect the property and guests during their stay. Guests may request temporary access during their visit by providing their email to be added for the duration of the booking. There is also a post box located outside the property which we check periodically (typically once a week). This does not require access to the interior of the property. Guests should not tamper with or access the post box. From time to time, gardening and routine exterior maintenance may also take place to maintain the condition of the property and grounds. We will always aim to carry out such work with minimal disruption to guests.
