Outdoor eating is not allowed due to wildlife. The space 1st Floor (Living & Dining Area) Step inside to a spacious, comfortable living and dining area — perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and utensils, allowing you to enjoy home-style meals. You can access the terrace directly and feel the beauty of the surrounding nature. In the bathroom, soak in the tub while gazing out at the peaceful forest — a truly special experience. 2nd Floor (Bedroom Area) * The open-concept loft bedroom offers a bright, airy atmosphere. * Two single beds and two mattresses can comfortably accommodate up to four guests — ideal for couples, friends, or families. Facilities & Space * Fully equipped with air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, and vacuum cleaner for a comfortable stay. * Total floor area: 39.75㎡ (including both floors). The open layout gives a spacious, relaxing feel. * Wi-Fi is not available as the cabin is outside the optical fiber service area. (A mobile SIM connection is used only for managing the smart devices in the cabin.) Guest Information Requirement In accordance with Japanese law, all guests must provide their information before check-in. Guests without a Japanese address are also required to submit a photo of their passport’s ID page. Please send the information for all staying guests via message before check-in. Guest access 1st Floor, Loft Bedroom, Outdoor Terrace & Forest Area Enjoy a spacious open-plan living area on the first floor, a cozy loft-style bedroom upstairs, and an outdoor terrace surrounded by trees. The private forest within the property offers a peaceful, natural retreat where you can feel completely disconnected from the city. It’s an ideal setting to relax, read, or simply listen to the sounds of nature. Other things to note *Important Information** **■ Accommodation Tax** Starting April 2026, a lodging tax will be collected. If the nightly rate is under ¥20,000 per person, a tax of ¥100 per person per night will apply. For reservations made *before April* for stays *after April*, this tax cannot be pre-paid. In such cases, we will collect it through Airbnb’s Resolution Center after check-in. Reservations made *after April* will include the tax in the total payment. **■ Space** The guest area is **39.75㎡ in total**. Please note that we do not accept complaints or refund requests regarding room size. **■ House Manual** After check-in, please read the in-room house manual carefully. **■ Keys** Guests are responsible for managing the keys during their stay. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. **■ Parking** Parking is available **only in front of the house (up to 2 cars in a row)**. Do **not** park in neighboring lots or vacant spaces. **■ Number of Guests** Please book for the exact number of staying guests. Children aged 0–2 are not counted in the guest number (no bedding provided). If the number of guests changes during your stay, additional fees may apply. Non-registered visitors are not allowed. Please contact us in advance if you expect short visits. Unregistered guests are counted as part of the total guest number and may incur additional charges. **■ Check-in** 13:00–19:00 **■ Check-out** By 10:00 a.m. (strictly enforced) Late check-outs will incur a charge of **¥2,500 per 30 minutes per person**. If we find damages, missing items, or excessive mess after check-out, repair or cleaning fees will be charged. **■ Luggage** Please wipe suitcase wheels before bringing them inside. Cleaning supplies are provided for this purpose. **■ Cleaning Fee** A flat cleaning fee applies regardless of the number of guests. Cleaning is done once after check-out. Please use provided cleaning tools for daily use. **■ Long Stays** No towel changes during your stay. Please use the washing machine provided. **■ Bedrooms** Eating or drinking on beds or futons is not allowed. If linens are heavily stained, a **¥2,000 linen fee** will apply. **■ Smoking** Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is **strictly prohibited** inside and outside the building. Because of forest fire risk, smoking anywhere on the property is forbidden. If smoking occurs indoors, a **¥20,000 deodorizing fee** will be charged. **■ Pets** Pets of any kind are **not allowed**. Violations will result in a **¥50,000 cleaning fee**. Service dogs are welcome with advance notice and proper certification. **■ BBQ, Fireworks, and Parties** All are prohibited due to forest fire and bear-safety concerns. **■ Insects** This is a forest environment—bugs are common. Bug spray, swatters, and tape are provided. Please use them as needed. **■ Garbage** Never leave garbage outdoors. It attracts bears and wild animals. **■ Utilities** Electricity, gas, and water are included in the accommodation fee. **■ Cancellations** Please check the cancellation policy in our Terms of Service at the bottom of the booking page. **■ Other Rules** 1. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 p.m. 2. No loud talking, music, or musical instruments. 3. Keep valuables with you at all times. 4. Separate waste according to the labeled bins. 5. Wash dishes and cookware after use. 6. Any leftover food will be disposed of after check-out. 7. Please bring your own bedding for small children if needed. 8. Wipe suitcase wheels before entering (supplies provided). 9. Do not feed wild animals or stray cats — this causes ecological and safety problems. 10.
