Double fronted early Georgian house decorated in a simple but comfortable style. Tiled floors on ground so easy for muddy coast to Coast walkers to enter. The property is on the A6 in Shap so excellent location for Coast to Coast Walk or as a stopover to and from Scotland. it is approx 2 mile to Junction 39 of M6 . Guest access You will share a bath room with myself and possibly another non air bnb guest immediately next door. You can use the kitchen with microwave gas hob , electric oven Airfryer. . I also have a slow cooker and bread maker. . The dining room leads off from the kitchen. This has a wood burner in situ . There is a comfortable sitting room with a multi fuel fire. There is no access to the study off the sitting room. During your stay Hi I mostly work from home so I am available during your stay. If I am away during your stay I'm accessible by phone. Other things to note I supply Tea Coffee and simple continental style breakfast. As this is my home I can not guarantee allergy free . This is a non vegeterian household. I also supply toiletries and towels . I have a boot dryer and can also wash and dry clothes but ask for donation to mountain rescue air ambulance and beep doctors for this facility ..
