The space The Mini-apart is perfect for a couple that want to enjoy a modern and well-organized space. The Mini-apart also has a small internal patio with a terrace that allows enjoying a place outside the apartment. In the Mini-apart you find a Queen Size super-orthopedic bed, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, mixer, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, a complete set of utensils, etc.), 2 sofas, table, wi-fi, Led-tv (cable tv), heating system, hair dryer and set of towels. Laundry service available. And -of course- we will be waiting for you here the day of your arrival. Guest access To understand the quality of the place, we recommend looking at the photos ... here we can complete a few points: HEATING: it is a very important point because in Cusco the cold can be strong. The apartment has an efficient heating system that allows to have an ideal temperature. WI-FI: available and included in the rate CLEANING: we deliver the apartment cleaned. If you stay more days and want to have an extra cleaning of the apartment, just ask and schedule the extra cleaning with the person in charge. Extra cleaning costs US $ 15.00 and includes the change of sheets and towels. KITCHEN: the kitchen is complete with everything: 4-burner stove for cooking, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster and a set of pots and utensils that allow you to cook whatever you want. AND... sheets and towels are part of the normal equipment of the apartment. Since the apartment has already a heating system working (included in the rate), the wood for the fireplace is charged as an extra service. It is possible to add up to 02 extra beds (not included in the rate). The day before your departure we will open the contact to be in the place the next day when you are ready to leave. Smoking: it is not allowed to smoke in the apartment and in the building in general. TRANSFERS: if you like to have a driver waiting for you at the airport to reach immediately our apartment we have trusted drivers that know our place (service not included in the rate). WATER: this is another very sensitive point in Cusco because the distribution of water in the city is intermittent: the property has a water storage system (and pressure control), so always has water in the apartment and with due pressure. Comparative to the historical centre that borders it, San Blas is on a hill, which offers gorgeous views over the ancient Inca capital. It unfolds around a beautiful colonial church, whose renowned pulpit, made of hand-carved cedar wood, is regarded as one of Peru’s most important works of artistic carpentry, if not of the entire continent. San Blas is the craftsman and artistic quarter in which you can find exhibitions by young talent, who exist next to the big names that are locally famous. In the surrounding area you can find a large number of hotels and hostels as well as restaurants, cafés and pubs, and in such density that San Blas has been able to develop its own nightlife. The quarter preserves the warmth of the narrow, cobbled lanes, the houses roofed with typical stones from Cusco and their antique gates, Spanish atriums and pretty balconies.
