Perfectly positioned between quaint shops and delectable restaurants, this stand-alone condo offers the ultimate blend of privacy and accessibility. Park your car in the convenient off-street spot and leave it behind – you’re just steps from Saugatuck’s buzzing waterfront boardwalk, scenic parks, and a rich array of galleries, boutiques, and eateries. Start your day by sipping coffee on the back patio, surrounded by the hum of a town waking up. As the sun rises, set out to explore nearby beaches – whether driving to Oval Beach or taking the historic Chain Ferry and enjoying a 15 minute walk.  Back at Mason Street Hideaway, whip up a meal in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, or fire up the grill for an evening feast. There are both indoor and outdoor dining options for a meal at home. Gather under the stars, recounting the day’s adventures and soaking in the crisp lakeshore air. Indoors the space is just as inviting. Relax in the cozy living room, catch up on your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or draw a warm bath in the clawfoot tub for the perfect wind-down. Upstairs, two queen bedrooms ensure a restful night, preparing you for another day of discovery. You’ll also find a full bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity area to get ready for your day. Please Note:  There is only 1 off-street parking space available. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you will need to find street parking (free) or make arrangements with our office. The main level bathroom has a wonderful claw foot tub, but there is no shower. Both bedrooms are located on the upper level of the home. To adhere to local fire department regulations, there is no longer an outdoor firepit at this property.
