Bedroom 2 – Three adult-friendly twin bunk beds (sleeps 6), closet, chargers, white-noise machine, humidifier. Bedroom 3 – Queen bed tucked upstairs in a quiet corner near the second bath, dresser, chargers, white-noise machine, humidifier. Baths – Both newly updated with tub/shower combos, bidets, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and tissue. TWO LIVING ROOMS Early risers and night owls can happily coexist. One living room gathers everyone around the wood-burning fireplace and Smart TV; the second offers its own seating area and 85" smart TV for movies, streaming, or quiet reading. KITCHEN & DINING The fully stocked kitchen makes group meals simple: crockpot, blender, kettle, coffee maker (filters supplied), sharp knives, spices, paper goods, and every pot, pan, and utensil you’ll need. Serve dinner at the 8-seat dining table, spill over to the 4-seat breakfast bar, and strap the little one into the foldable high-chair. BALCONY & VIEWS Slide open the glass door and step onto a long, west-facing balcony shared only for fire-egress—meaning you’ll have the cushioned sectional all to yourselves for Alpen-glow sunsets and stargazing above the peaks. TRAIL ACCESS & NEIGHBORHOOD Summer/Fall – Step onto the Lower Westside Trail right outside and bike or hike across the entire mountain without touching the road. Winter – Click in, glide down to Westwall Lift, and access the whole resort. At day’s end, ski straight back home from the top of Westwall. Downtown Crested Butte’s colorful shops, cafés, and après spots are a quick five-minute shuttle or car ride away. WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT 1. Here are some more helpful specifics: LOCATION • The San Moritz is situated literally on Crested Butte Mountain. This condo is in the San Moritz International building and is, factually speaking, the condo with the highest elevation in all of Crested Butte!! The views!! VEHICLE RECOMENDATION • For winter visits, it is recommended to have an AWD or 4WD vehicle due to snow-packed roads, which can affect traction. • If you are flying into Gunnison Crested Butte Regional Airport, I can offer you a couple transportation service recommendations after you book. ACCESSING THE CONDO • The condo unit is on the top floor and the building is built into the side of Crested Butte Mountain. The parking lot is located above the building on the mountain which puts the parking lot on the same level as the top floor condo unit. Simply put, the top floor condo unit and the parking lot are on the same level!! • To enter the condo building, you will need to go 8 steps down from the parking lot to reach the front door of the condo. ENTRY DETAILS • The front door is located in an interior hallway of the condo building, providing shelter from cold temperatures and a nice space to remove boots and wet gear..
