The space The social area is integrated and comfortable, with a living room equipped with a 50'' Smart TV, perfect for moments of rest after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils and everyday essentials. The house has 3 bedrooms, distributed as follows: - 1 suite with a double bed - 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed and 1 auxiliary - 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 extra mattress Outdoor Area with Private Sea View Barbecue One of the great highlights of Al Mare is its large outdoor area facing the sea. The house has: - Deck and balcony with direct ocean views, ideal for breakfasts or moments of contemplation - Private outdoor barbecue, with complete furniture and comfortable space to gather everyone, always with the sea as a backdrop Guest access Casa Al Mare is part of Villa Daniella, a waterfront residential complex in the quiet neighborhood of Pontal de Jurerê – Daniela, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest. Guests have access to the common areas of the Villa, including: • Swimming pool with ocean views • Beachside barbecue area (use by appointment) • Shared laundry (on set days and times) • Semi-private beach gate Other things to note *Accessibility* The Villa is situated on sloping ground and has steps. The space is not wheelchair accessible and may have limitations for people with reduced mobility. *Change of bedding* For stays longer than 6 nights, we change the linen weekly (bed linens and towels) at no additional cost. *Extra cleaning* Additional cleaning service available by prior appointment and extra fee. *Barbecue Grills* The Villa's barbecue grills have basic utensils for use, including grills and skewers. *Events and weddings* To rent the Villa Daniella space for private events or weddings (wedding destination), it is necessary to schedule a prior visit to evaluate and align conditions. ***Full details of the stay, house rules, check-in and guidelines will be sent after the booking is confirmed. *** During your stay: We provide a welcome starter kit (toilet paper, detergent, sponge, and basic items). We do not replace these items during the stay. Bed and bath linens are included. Beach towels are not provided. The laundry is for shared use, available on set days and times.
