Bring in a day's catch from dock to frying pan! The lower level of the home provides ample parking and access to the pool area along with an outdoor shower to wash the days fun in the sun sand away. On the entry level to the home is where you will find the large open kitchen that overlooks the living area where all can gather together. Behind the kitchen is where you will also find the large dining room table with seating for up to 10 adults and we have extra seating at the bar along with a small child's table. This floor also has a queen bedroom next to a full bathroom with shower. The top floor of the home has the laundry area, king room with private bathroom, double queen bedroom with private bathroom and the master bedroom/bathroom with connected twin room. The only access to twin room is through King Master bedroom. All rooms on both levels have direct access to the screened in porches. This home participates in the St. George Plantation amenities program which includes two community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, the Plantation Clubhouse and fitness center. Nature trails, bicycle and walking paths and access to Bob Sikes Cut round out a complete vacation experience. Please note: Golf Carts are not allowed with rentals in the plantation. Pet Policy: We allow pets on an approval basis only with a pet fee! Please message me before booking if you need to bring your furry friend to seek approval first. Pool can be heated in the cooler months with a heating fee. Guest access The guest will have the entire home to themselves along with the pool and private dock.
