Guest suite in Summerland

Licence # 6086 The Bowering House is a 1912 character home located in the heart of Summerland. The guest suite is located on the top floor of the home, with a separate entrance and parking. The location is walking distance to the town, pub, brewery and restaurants. Bottle neck drive wineries and cideries are just a short drive away. We are a 6 minute drive to the local beaches on okanagan lake. Summerland is a relaxing, hidden gem that has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The space The space is equipped with two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a claw foot tub, overhead shower and a den. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The den is equipped with a small fridge, sink and coffee maker. Which incudes cups/ plates and utensils. The den also has a flat screen TV and WIFI. During the hot summer months, there are portable air conditioners in each room allowing the suite to stay comfortably cool. NOTE: the original hardwood floors are a little squeaky. Also, because of the entryway stairs, and heritage home finishings, we are not accepting young children or pets. Children 12 years and up are welcome. Guest access Guests have full access to the top floor and their own private deck with a table and chairs . Other things to note Safe parking for boat and trailer or camper.
