The space Enchanted Island Home is situated on a private island called enchanted island with a little bridge that connects it. The neighborhood is very peaceful and friendly on the island. Upstairs are two living rooms with fantastic views of the lake. The east living room includes the dining area with enough room for 10 people. The west living room has a large TV, fireplace and enough room for 10 people to comfortably get together, watch a movie or just be together. Both living rooms have sturdy pull out couches. If you prefer (or in addition) the house also has a higher quality air mattress (brand is EZBed). One large master bedroom with bathroom is upstairs as well as an additional bedroom that sleeps up to 3 people. Last but not least, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen upstairs and a large deck including gas bbq grill. Downstairs is another master bedroom with bathroom, kitchenette and an indoor sauna. From the downstairs area there is direct access to a large patio with seating area The house has loads of amenities for both adults and children incl. brand new hot tub, a sauna, kayaks (included), 2 x SUP boards (included), life jackets (included), board games, large TV with Roku and more. Now, Pool table and pedal boat available as well. The house also has a boat slip if you want to bring your own boat or bring your fishing gear and spend time fishing from the private dock. You will not get bored! Guest access You will have access to the entire house exclusively to yourself and guests. The property is situated on a small island with 20 other homes and is very quiet. Washer & Dryer are in the garage as well as the pool table and water toys available for your use. The day of your check in, you will receive address and access code allowing to easily check in with no hassle. Other things to note **Published rate is for up to 10 guests. Depending on time of year and occasion we may be able to accommodate 14 people for an extra fee. Beds (6 total beds: 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, 1 twin size trundle & 2 queen size sofa sleepers). We also have 1 queen size air mattresses (See EZBed). Pack & Play is also available including sheets and blanket for the little one. You can fit 3 cars in the drive way and additional parking is across the street.
