The famous beach called crash boat just 12 minutes away. Also the park (Parque Colón), a place to walk, with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean just minutes away. You'll enjoy downtown for Moca and Aguada city minutes away. Enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 The space This property is a beautiful peaceful home of 2 bedrooms and it also has a dedicated workspace. This house was my grandfather and I worked very hard on it so you can be comfortable. Most of the house was remodeled. We are still working on it little by little. Hope you can enjoy it. Guest access There are 2 bedrooms, A and B please if only going just a couple together just use one. Other things to note This is a tropical place where sometimes we can’t avoid bugs 24/7 but yes the exterminator comes to the house monthly. Just in case there is bug killer spray in the bathroom cabinet. In most cases this doesn’t happen but just in case if it does. I can’t avoid rosters, cats, etc. It’s part of Puerto Rico. Usually I have no problem but just in case.
