Casa Isabell is your atmospheric indoor retreat with a king-size bed, honeycomb sofa, floating table, fully equipped kitchen and pretty bathroom with rain shower. From your terrace you can watch monkeys, birds, squirrels, porcupines and the like or just relax in the hammock. In total, we can accommodate 8 people. A cozy little restaurant with a quiet bar is available right next door. The space Each of our "Tiny Houses" has its own flair: Casa Isabell looks spacious thanks to the central polished wooden table that extends from the outside to the inside. Many small design details make it atmospheric. The bathroom is equipped with handmade colonial tiles and has a rain shower. A highlight here are the lamella windows. With the slats open, you visually expand the bathroom and incorporate the pretty pond landscape into your home. The rippling of the water cascade at the pond not only acoustically underlines the pleasant living feeling, but also fills the bathroom and house with fresh air and, depending on the season, also with a delicate floral scent. Casa Isabell also has air conditioning and several fans. All beds are equipped with mosquito nets. Of course, all our houses have king-size beds (2.0 x 2.0 meters) with high-quality mattresses. Casa Isabell also offers a "honeycomb sofa" (2.0 x 0.9 meters). We designed all sleeping nests in such a way that slatted windows in the head area of the beds ensure good ventilation. The beds protrude as a structure from the houses into cool/shaded outdoor areas. In this way, relatively fresh air can always circulate through the slats. Nevertheless, Casa Isabell is equipped with air conditioning for the warmer seasons. Of course, all beds also have gentle fans that provide additional cooling if needed. Guest access Casa Isabell is the left part of the "main house." It is separated from the right part of the house "Casa Yves" by an intermediate passage. Casa Isabell has its own terrace for private use. Here you can lie in your hammock and enjoy the view of the lagoon or the garden. Numerous animals frolic in front of your terrace without bothering you. Here you will realize that you are experiencing Nicaragua live. In the midst of the Laguna de Apoyo nature refuge, it is easy to gain distance from civilized life at home. On the terrace in front of the two houses Casa Isabell and Casa Yves there is a long white table with 8 chairs, which can be used by the residents of both houses. The airy sofa area between the houses is also shared. In the garden and on the beach there are other cozy seating and reclining options, so that you can find private peace or social exchange depending on your mood. In Nicaragua, daily life usually takes place outside enclosed spaces anyway. Other things to note Right next door we have a pretty little restaurant and bar (in Casa Marimba). Other restaurants can be found about 700 meters away. Just 50 meters from us you will find a small kiosk (Pulperia) where you can shop. However, the offer is limited to the bare essentials. If you want, you can cruise on the water with the paddle board or kayak. Our employee Noel will also be happy to give you lessons in pump foiling.
