We have excellent employees in the condominium, they are helpful and kind, but they are employees of the condominium, so as not to overburden them with any more questions you may have, I will always be available. With more than 140,000 meters of area in the middle of the reserve and at the foot of the mountain (somewhat steep streets) on the main avenue of the island, you will find our accommodation, the Home28 bungalow and the entire leisure area of the condominium, but we also have a little piece of heaven, beach ops in our condominium, a complete beach structure (foot in the sand) in the coastal area of our condominium, 1/2 minute with our transportation (courtesy of the condominium) or 10/15 minutes by a delightful path and with a heavenly view! Come and enjoy this luxury. (We do not offer beach and pool towels) We don't have a stove, but I recommend a delicious meal at a great cost that can be delivered every day for your convenience. We offer snorkeling for you to make the most of your stay with us. At the tip of Curral beach, near the rocks, you can observe beautiful fish, other marine species and even turtles. As a courtesy, the accommodation will be prepared with bed and bath linens, but if you want any change, it will be carried out as requested and a fee of R$150.00 for each change of trousseau, the amount will be charged via the platform. The exchange will be made after payment and according to the schedules of the person in charge on site. If you prefer, we can recommend a laundry near the place. Rules for Pets (upon consultation, knowledge and approval) If you come with your Pet, you must bring its CRATE, as we kindly ask that you not let them climb on the bed/ armchairs / sofa. - no loose animals are allowed in the condominium - pets are prohibited in the Adm and leisure areas (swimming pool) and van - Animals are not allowed to circulate on the beach structure, etc. In case of any damage caused by the Pet, it will be charged via the platform; the Pet fee does not cover damages! It is important to note that pets are prohibited on some beaches in Ilhabela, subject to a fine by the appropriate agencies. Pets: We are not Pet friendly, but for a fee, we will welcome your Pet if you have no one to leave it with and it is well-behaved! The platform includes the Pet fee per stay, and the fee of 350.00 is per Pet, if you bring more than one Pet (stay LIMITED TO TWO SMALL PETS). In case of any damage caused by the Pet, it will be charged via the platform, the PET fee does not refer to any damage caused.
