The space 📝 POOL USE WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY By reserving this property and using the pool and surrounding areas, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Use of the pool is entirely at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty at any time. The pool is NOT heated. The property owner and management assume no responsibility or liability for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or fatalities that may occur in or around the pool area. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a capable adult at all times. Running, diving, or horseplay in or around the pool is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party understand and comply with these rules. By proceeding with this reservation, you accept full responsibility for the safety and conduct of all guests in your party and release the property owner and management from any and all liability related to pool use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Other things to note Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they found it, including furniture and appliances. Please DON'T throw anything in the toilet to prevent clogging. We have trashcans and trash bags available in the house. No loud music, gatherings, or parties at any time of the day. PETS ALLOWED Cleaning Rules: Guests must clean up after themselves, including washing dishes and TAKING OUT THE TRASH the night before the trash day. Early check-in is based on availability. If the home is ready, complimentary check-in at 2:30 PM may be possible. Any earlier than that would be $100 for early access. Late check-out also depends on availability—please let us know in advance. Check-out is complimentary until 10:30 AM. If you'd like to extend until 12:00 PM, there is a $100 fee to help expedite cleaning. We supply the following essentials in starter quantities only (sufficient for up to 3 days): Shampoo and conditioner Body wash Dishwashing detergent Laundry detergent Trash bags Tissue and paper towels Additional supplies beyond this period must be provided by the guest. Pool guy every Monday and Friday Gardener every Tuesday POOL HEATING AND JACUZZI NOT AVAILABLE For stays longer than 30 nights, guests are responsible for covering any utility charges that exceed the standard monthly allowance. Just a quick note, one of the sliding doors in the house is a bit old. It does lock properly, but can be a little tricky at times. To fully fix it, we’d need to replace the entire door, and we’re still coordinating with our supplier. We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we get this sorted out.
