Access & Parking • Condo is on parking-lot level—only 8 steps down from the parking lot to the front door • AWD/4WD strongly recommended Nov–Apr • One Parking pass issued at check-in; no street parking allowed in Mt.CB Location, Location, Location! • Direct access to resort’s Summer and Winter trail system • In summer/fall, hop directly on Lower Westside Trail for hiking & biking across the entire mountain • In Winter, ski down to Westwall Lift to access the entire resort. Ski home at the end of the day from the top of Westwall Lift. • 5-min car/shuttle ride to downtown Crested Butte’s shops, cafés, and après spots Good to Know • Hot tub & sauna are shared with 8 other units • Balcony is shared due to necessary fire egress access however guests rarely use the balcony for travel. They mostly just use it to marvel at the amazing views. • Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM • No smoking, parties, unregistered guests, or commercial use. • Pets welcome when properly registered through the booking process. Guest access Vehicle Recommendation: • Guests are encouraged to have AWD or 4WD vehicles when visiting the San Moritz in the winter and early spring. The roads up to Mt. Crested Butte become snow packed in winter and having AWD will help to prevent losing traction. Access: • This condo is located on the top floor which is also the parking lot level and only requires 8 steps down from the parking lot when entering the condo building and accessing the front door. Entry: • Check-in is required at the San Moritz front desk. From there, guests will be given door keys and a parking pass. • The front door to the condo is located in an interior hallway of the condo building. This is especially nice in the winter when temps drop. There are 8 steps down from the parking lot to the top level of the condo building. The condo is located on the top level.
