Nestled in a quiet rural village in Berkshire, The Annexe at Brooklands comes fully equipped with self contained kitchen, private bathroom, underfloor heating & double bedroom sleeping two guests. Just a stones throw from the local town of Hungerford, this beautiful area offers an array of delightful pubs, cafes, restaurants, boutique and antique shops. We are ideally located for Newbury Races & Highclere Castle. The space There is a double bedroom sleeping two guests with private bathroom and a comfy lounge room with kitchen. All amenities you need including; TV, coffee machine, microwave, iron/ironing board etc Guest access Entrance to Annexe is the door to the right of the main house. Keybox located out front of I can be available to greet you. Ample parking out front. Other things to note We can accommodate 1x infant (max 18 months). Travel cot, high chair, bottle machine warmer etc available upon request.
