This is a multi-level home with no elevator. * The bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony and laundry are located on the top floor. * The living room #1, kitchen #1, dining room, breakfast room, balcony and full bath are located on the 2nd floor. * Living room #2, kitchen #2, patio with grill and full bath are located on bacement level. Bring your fishing gear, boat, kayaks, paddleboards and/or golf clubs. there is a dock on site and the boat ramp is less than a mile away. Houston lake is a small lake which makes it great for lake activities, however no jet ski's, sking or swimming is allowed. Houston Lake Country Club & Golf Course is just on the other side of the lake from our property. Downtown Perry is less than 5 miles away and offers a restaurant, entertainment and shopping district that is lovely. GA Naional Fairgrounds and Agricenter is approx 8 miles away and offers weekly events. Check their calendar of events. The Museum of Aviation is approximatly 13 miles away and is a must see! Rigby's Entertainment Complex and Water Park is approx 6 miles away and offers a range of entertainment options.
