It is equipped with air conditioning in each room, fans, bathroom amenities, housekeeping included every other day, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a private rooftop, and a washer and dryer for free use. It is located within the Palmar del Sol Condominium, in downtown Playa del Carmen, just one block from the most popular beach, Playa Mamitas, and on the other side of the street is the famous 5th Avenue, a tourist boulevard where you can find a wide variety of attractions. At Palmar del Sol, everything has been designed to ensure pleasant and comfortable stays for families or groups of up to 6 people. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of those who reserve it. They will share the pool, garden, and jacuzzi with other guests. Parking is free and open 24 hours a day with security. We have a customer service office in Palmar del Sol open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to assist you during your visit. Other things to note Our service includes two types of cleaning: 1) Basic cleaning every second day (includes cleaning of bathrooms, trash, and floors) 2) Full cleaning every 4 days (includes changing sheets and towels, trash, floors, and bathrooms). Dirty dish cleaning is NOT included (a dishwasher is available), nor is cleaning of the BBQ grill. We kindly ask that you leave them ready at the end of your stay to avoid extra charges.
