Kitchen: Modern and integrated, featuring high-quality appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and capsule coffee machine. It offers plenty of counter space and is stocked with all necessary utensils. Bedrooms: The property features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes: Master Bedroom: Features an elegant en-suite bathroom and direct access to the private terrace. Additional Bedrooms: Two generously sized bedrooms with ample storage space. Bathrooms: There are 2 modern, high-quality bathrooms designed for maximum comfort and relaxation. Terrace: The highlight of the home. This wonderful private terrace is divided into two areas: a dedicated barbecue zone for outdoor cooking and a relaxation area, all offering breathtaking views of the prestigious golf course. Guest access Check-in: This property offers an in-person check-in starting at 4:00 Pm. Please coordinate your arrival 24h in advance. Check-out: Departure is before 11:00 Am. Other things to note House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed. No groups of teenagers (minimum age of 25 for the primary guest). No parties or events allowed. Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of the community, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 Pm to 8:00 Am. Linens & Cleaning: Bed sheets, towels, and hygiene products are included. Beach towels are not provided. Pool: Open seasonally (usually May–October). Please confirm availability for your specific dates, as opening times may be affected by drought restrictions. Guest access *We will be waiting for you to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 4 PM to 9 PM. After 9 PM, an additional charge of €40 applies until 11 PM, and €60 until midnight. For check-in outside this schedule, please contact us for availability and pricing. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you. A delay of more than one hour from the scheduled arrival time will incur a €25 surcharge. Other things to note *Bed linens and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests booked. Additional towels are available at an extra cost. We do not provide beach towels. *Airport transfer available upon request – please inquire about availability and costs. *The swimming pool is open only for certain months of the year (usually from May to October). Please confirm pool availability for your selected dates. Due to the drought, pool opening dates may be subject to change. *Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is excessively dirty, an extra charge of €24.20 per hour will apply. * Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
