Come rest in this lovely space! Located in a quiet, safe, country neighborhood, this is an ideal spot for professionals, families, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone needing a nice place to rest. Take peaceful walks along pastures, cozy up on the couch with your favorite book or show, or simply find rest for the night in our comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. The space This basement apartment has one bedroom with a king bed, a pull out twin bed from the ottoman in the living room, and a twin XL futon pad that can be used for another guest on the floor in either room if needed. All linens for these beds are included. We also have a pack-n-play and high chair available upon request. Please tell us if you plan to bring children, we would love to provide some toys and games! The bathroom has a tub/shower and is right outside the bedroom and living room. There’s high-speed WiFi, a 2-in-1 washer and dryer in the bedroom, and free access to Amazon Prime and Disney Plus. We hand picked quality items for our space that we would want to use ourselves including nice towels and linens, natural soaps, 100% cotton sheets, and a clean comfortable sofa. We really just want you to have a nice stay! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to prepare meals, but if you should need anything, please let us know! Dual coffee maker and coffee pods are also available. Parking is in the driveway, with a private entrance down the stairs in the garage. This is a basement apartment with a family with children living upstairs. Extra care will be taken to reduce noise while guests are staying here, but there will inevitably still be some noise. Our place is located just inside of Cache Valley from Sardine Canyon, offering ideal access in or out of the valley. It is about 7 miles from Logan where you will find all kinds of restaurants, stores, and activities. Utah State University is about 20 minutes away. Cache Valley is beautiful and full of all kinds of recreational activities — walking, hiking, and biking trails, parks, and Hyrum Reservoir just 4 miles away! For the safety of our guests and residents, we have a strict no pets, no smoking, no vaping, and no parties policy. We look forward to your stay! Guest access You’ll access the apartment through the south side door to the garage and use the private entry down the stairs in the garage. There is a dog in the backyard so please do not go into the backyard.
