The space The home is located in the Reunion west sub division of The Reunion Property The home rental does NOT Include any access to the property water park at Reunion or any of the clubhouses and golf course as well Usage of these areas are not permitted by rental guests You have the private fenced in pool in the homes backyard and game room in garage for your enjoyment Guest access You have house to yourselves Other things to note The house is monitored by 24 hour video surveillance The cameras are located at The Front Door, On top of the garage door facing the exterior driveway The side of the home where the grass area is and one camera directly facing the pool The home is also monitored my Minut Noise and indoor smoke detectors they are located in the game room, living room and one outdoor on the patio outside the sliding glass doors The Pool can be heated The fee for the pool to be heated is 25 per day and must be booked and paid for the entire duration of your stay The pool cleaners, Landscapers and Exterminators will all enter the yard and DO NOT announce themselves Please do not leave pets unattended outdoors at anytime Animal Guest Rules:* 1. Please register your dog when booking. If you arrive with an undisclosed pet, the $100 pet cleaning fee will be added to your bill OR your reservation will be canceled with no refund. 2. Do not use household bedding, throws, pillows, or towels as animal bedding. There are “animal towels” and cleaning supplies in the bedroom closet. You must bring your own animal bed and crate. 3. Do not leave pets unattended in the unit unless they are in CLOSED crates. 4. Pick up after your animal, inside and outside. 5. Animals must be on leash and under control at all times outside of the house and fenced yard. 6. Damage to the unit or any of its contents caused by your animal companion, including professional feces removal from the yard, will be billed to you. 7. Do not bring animals other than dogs without prior approval of the host. You will be asked to leave with no refund. * If you will be bringing a Service Animal, please let the host know. We are pleased to support you. Your task-trained Service Animal is welcome! In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): —Emotional Support Animals are not Service Animals and should be registered as pets when booking. “These terms are used to describe animals that provide comfort just by being with a person. Because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task, they do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.” —You will be asked “Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?” and “What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?” —“If a guest’s service animal causes damages to a guest room, a hotel is permitted to charge the same fee for damages as charged to other guests.” Damage would include any mess beyond “hair and dander.” —Your Service Animal must be with you at all times and cannot be left behind in the unit at any time. If your animal is left alone in the unit, even crated, you will be billed the $100 pet fee.
